These girls were laughing and talking to each other just outside Cityhall. They insisted that they were dressed down for the day but I thought they looked beautiful.
I asked her for her picture and she was quite reluctant because I think she was on her cigarette break, but she was kind enough to let me take a quick picture! She looks amazing in boots and her accessories are spot-on.
